Wot no complaints?

wot_no_complaintDon’t get us wrong. Our customers send us comments all the time, about many things. So we’ve compiled the following list to make things clear.   

Chief Complaints:


  • “Your system doesn’t have enough bugs. I really miss my system-downtime-coffee-break.” (Secretary)


  • “Your telephone training is dreadfully efficient.” (Doctor)
  • “Our users are up and running way too fast. And they’re happy. Who’s gonna cry in my office, now?” (Practice Manager)

SystmOne integration

  • “This integration is far too slick. Without warning, the system populates the patient name, date of birth and NHS number into each dictation, which saves me time while preventing errors. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, the system automatically selects the patient for the secretary, which also saves her time while preventing errors…I mean, really?” (GP Partner)


  • “Your Support guys are actually quite nice. I wish I had an excuse to call them more often.” (IT Manager)
  • “Why are you reinvesting your support revenue into new technology to keep Digi up-to-date and reliable? I mean, who does that?” (IT Manager)
  • “Of all the systems I have to look after, yours is the most bulletproof. I wouldn’t mind a few bugs to keep my job safe.” (IT Manager)
